Janelle Havenga

As a true Bay of Plenty local, Janelle takes great pleasure in having lifelong relationships in the Mount Maunganui, Papamoa Beach, Te Puke and Pukehina communities. It is through this vast network of friends, family and associates that she has cultivated a rich foundation of connections throughout her real estate career.

Having completed a Batchelor of Law Honours Degree at the University of Waikato and former Solicitor at Cooney Lees and Morgan, not only does Janelle have the ‘edge’ when it comes to property contracts, legal documentation and deciphering Land Titles & Instruments, but this transposes over into strong confidence at the negotiation table.

In late 2016 Janelle left practicing Law to team with her real estate award-winning husband Quintin, and together they are the driving force behind Team Q. Their professional cohesion and balance, in business and in life, complement each other to deliver an unparalleled level of service. Her approach to life is ‘go hard or go home’ and her driven attitude to law and real estate crosses over to her natural leadership in running the operations behind this extremely successful family business.

Family is at the heart of all that she does. As a Mum and Ouma, Janelle’s happiest of times can be found immersed in the land and beach, animals (particularly horses) and children at the family’s home on the Pukehina Coastline.
